What PhotonMagnet stores, who can see it, and the terms you accept by using it.

A demonstration service - no real patient data
This service is offered for evaluation. It is not a HIPAA-covered environment, and we do not sign business associate agreements for it. You agree to upload only de-identified or synthetic images and records. Do not enter names, dates of birth, record numbers, addresses or any other direct identifier.
What we store
- Accounts: name, email, a hashed password, your organization and role, and sign-in times.
- Clinical content your organization enters: patient references and labels, age band and sex, studies, images (as rendered from DICOM in your browser, or re-encoded photos), records and the AI's analyses.
- An audit log of who viewed, uploaded, analysed or changed what, readable by your organization's administrator.
DICOM headers are read in your browser and only technical tags are uploaded; identifying header fields stay on your computer.
Who can see it
Members of your organization, according to their role. The service operator can see organizations, member emails and usage counts in order to run the service, and accesses clinical content only if your organization asks for support.
The AI engine
When a member runs an analysis, the study's images and the patient's records are sent over an encrypted connection to our AI provider (Anthropic) to produce that analysis. Under the provider's commercial terms, API inputs and outputs are not used to train models.
Deletion
Clinicians can delete records, images and studies; organization administrators can delete patients with everything attached. Deleted files are removed from storage immediately. To close your organization entirely, email us.
Terms of use
- PhotonMagnet is decision-support and education software. It does not diagnose and it is not a medical device cleared for diagnostic use. Every output must be reviewed by a qualified clinician before it informs care.
- The AI can be wrong, can miss findings and can describe things that are not there. You use its output at your own judgement.
- You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for your organization's members.
- PhotonMagnet, its software, design and content are © 2026 InfoTilt, Inc. All rights reserved. Your organization keeps the rights to what it uploads.
- The service is provided "as is", without warranties, and InfoTilt's liability is limited to the extent the law allows.
- We may suspend organizations that upload real patient data or misuse the service.
